Retro Vibes • Winter Outfit

Navy, Burgundy and Leopard | Winter Outfit | Fake Fabulous

This outfit gives me serious vintage vibes.
Miss Marple meets Bette Lynch... and I'm loving it!

I'm wearing a leopard print midi dress (backwards, to avoid the plunging v-neck) with a little neck scarf for a touch of the Miss Marple tweeness.
A beret adds to the retro vibe.
A trio of pins lets everyone know I'm not really that serious and certainly not investigating a grizzly murder!
It was a practical and fun-to-wear outfit.
Full of cosy layers (and secret thermal baselayers).
Perfect for a cold winter's day in Scotland.

  2. woww, so fabulous outfit, I love the layering and the retro vibe, with a touch of 'gamine', so cute and chic. Also love the cool details that you brilliantly added, like the leopard print, the pin and the attitude (obviously, as You Totally Rock!)
This reminds me of "The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society" film, which I've recently watched and whose costumes I loved!

    1. Thank you!!
I think gamine is the most wonderful compliment.
It makes me think of the incredible Audrey H.
I am off to find out what that film is all about.
It sounds right up my street!
